Preparatory works for the Project

Visagino Atominė Elektrinė, UAB (VAE) has undertaken a number of preparatory works that are necessary in order to be properly prepared for the Tender for the Procurement of Technologies for Visaginas Nuclear Power Plant, its design and construction. The preparatory works for the construction of the new nuclear power plant before the establishment of Visagino Atominė Elektrinė UAB were carried out by the Nuclear Energy Department of Lietuvos Energija AB established at the end of 2006.
