Safe, reliable and environment-friendly new Visaginas Nuclear Power Plant (VNPP) is to replace Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant and is planned to operate not less than 60 years. In order to implement this complicated project the assistance of experts of various fields and business will be necessary.

The investments in the regional Visaginas NPP Project are estimated at up to 5 billion EUR. Last year, an evaluation of Lithuania's, Latvia’s, and Estonia’s business was performed; the results showed that the local business was well-prepared and eligible to apply for works up to 30% of the total project value (based on the estimated average value of the NPP ), approximately 4 billion LTL.
